Land Planning

Our Land Planning Group of planners and landscape architects offers Zoning Review, Site Analysis Plans, Concept Plans, Landscape Plans, Fiscal Impact Studies, Entry Feature Designs, Model Home Park Designs, 3D Renderings and Sales Plans.

Engineering

Our Engineering team provides full site development design including roadway geometry, site grading, sanitary and water infrastructure design, stormwater BMP and management design, floodplain analysis and erosion and sediment control design.

Land Surveying

Our Surveying team provides boundary surveys, topographic and existing features surveys, tree surveys, ALTA surveys, construction infrastructure and house-line stakeout services and as-built surveys utilizing GPS, robotic and scanning equipment.

Aerial Mapping

Our Aerial Mapping team works with digital orthophotography, GIS development and softcopy photogrammetry to create base topographic and existing features base maps nationwide.

Environmental Consulting

Our Environmental team provides wetland delineation and permitting services, on-lot sanitary sewer disposal testing and permitting for individual and community systems and stormwater BMP soil logs and infiltration testing to support our land development planning, design and permitting.

Higher Education

All our teams contribute to providing services for higher education projects including athletic fields and facilities, campus buildings, infrastructure and auxiliary structures.
